Brandon Waters and Mitch Holland began building one-of-a-kind homes years ago. They built their first house together in Georgetown Landing in Ooltewah. After that, their reputation began to grow and so did the number of homes they built.

Both attended Auburn University where they decided to start building together.  From the start they agreed that the cornerstone of their company was to offer a finished product that was not only unique, but offered buyers value and an abundance of special touches that couldn’t be found in other new homes in similar price ranges.

Waters Holland takes great care throughout the planning and construction of each Waters Holland home.  Whether they are building a custom home or a speculative home, careful consideration and thoughtful planning is evident in every detail.  Their credo is to never build the same home twice not only because they enjoy the challenge of creating a new masterpiece, but they want each and every client to know their home is one-of-a-kind, just like the people that live in them.

Brandon admits he enjoys nothing more than taking a vacant lot of dirt and transforming it into something special. Mitch says the two of them work well together, collaborating on the design and build out. The end result is a timeless look that is architecturally appealing—a place you’d be proud to come home to.
